Meetings Diary
Meetings are normally held on the first and third WEDNESDAY of the Month in the Lecture Theatre at the Science and Learning Centre inside Marwell and start promptly at 7.30pm unless explicitly stated otherwise. Gates are open for entry to normal meetings between 7.00pm and 7.25pm, latest entry at 7.25pm. Parking is available in the Car Park next to the Science and Learning Centre. On our competition nights especially, an early arrival is recommended to have time to submit entries.
It is ESSENTIAL to arrive at the gates between 7.00pm and 7.25pm because late entry is not possible as the gates are locked 5 minutes before the meetings start.
Members may expect to be asked to show their membership cards to gain access to meetings, prospective members must contact the Chairman, Secretary or Membership Secretary before attending to obtain details.
